We manufacture and supply a range of castings and components for the commercial construction castings industry. Our castings are used for various architectural purposes such as fascias and cladding, as well as within the commercial structures themselves and even the machinery used on-site.
Our commercial construction aluminium castings are durable, high-load-bearing and extremely corrosion-resistant, yet also comparatively lightweight, making them ideal for both construction vehicles and commercial frames and structures. We also produce aluminium castings for construction equipment, where high quality and durability is essential. This sort of equipment must be tough enough to get the job done, however, light enough to be carried and used for extended periods of time.
We supply construction castings for equipment and machinery such as trench rammers, articulated links, axles and king posts. We set a very high standard for the quality of our products to ensure that members of the construction industry can use our products effectively and reliably for a number of years.
Within the Automotive Industry aluminium has been favoured due to its excellent combination of weight and stiffness and the fact it can be converted by several processes into products. It can be: formed into a shape, produced as film, forged and extruded and also cast in several different shapes to manage different volumes of production.
Aluminium is exceedingly resistant to corrosion and the bare metal can be left outside without corroding, which is a big advantage for the Automotive Castings Industry.
